My mission is to help high school athletes break through the barriers that are holding them back from optimal performance while establishing lifelong healthy-eating skills.

Nutrition information can be so confusing and trying to figure out exactly what you need is nearly impossible with all the misinformation out there! Additionally, athletes have individualized nutrition needs and goals, so finding a cookie-cutter answer from friends, or the internet, just won't work!

Through my program, I help athletes establish a foundation for healthy eating that goes beyond preparing them for future success in their athletics. We will work together to create an individualized nutrition plan that will help you achieve your goals through commitment and consistency. Most importantly, by prioritizing your nutrition you will set yourself apart from the competition.

How It Works:

One-on-One Sessions

During this program, we will have weekly video sessions where we discuss your goals, barriers to success, how to fuel specifically for your sport & schedule, and many other nutrition topics that are vital for the success of high-school athletes

Immediate Support

As a member of the Next-Level Nutrition Academy, you will have access to me for any number of nutrition-related questions you may have!! It’s like having a dietitian best-friend to help you navigate your day and make the best possible choices.

Individual Nutrition Plan

This might be my favorite part of the program! During our time together, we will be building your individual nutrition plan encompassing every nutrition topic we cover together! Every athlete is different, so this plan is key to creating that competitive edge that works for YOU.
